These Terms and Conditions, which include our order cancellation policies, apply to the exclusion of all other terms referenced in any purchase order, acknowledgment, confirmation, or other documentation issued by either party. As a business-to-business supplier, A2M P&C reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version is available on our website.

A2M P&C is a business-to-business supplier. Our catalog and product brochures are specifically designed for business customers, not consumers. By placing an order, the Customer represents and warrants that the Products are being acquired on behalf of a business, and agrees to our terms and conditions, including any order cancellation policies.

The minimum order for our business-to-business supplier services is $500.00. Please note that checks are not accepted; however, we do accept credit cards, specifically MasterCard and Visa. Orders must be initiated by the Customer issuing a purchase order to A2M P&C. This order should include the Product Description, Unit Quantities, Part Numbers, and requested delivery dates. All orders are subject to acceptance by A2M P&C, which reserves the right to limit quantities and refuse service to any individual, in accordance with our terms and conditions and order cancellation policies.

Orders are billed in United States Dollars at the prices set forth in the applicable quotation. As a business-to-business supplier, A2M P&C reserves the right to increase prices if our costs or other factors beyond our control change. If the Customer does not purchase the required quantity for discount pricing, the non-discounted price and/or a cancellation fee will apply according to our order cancellation policies. Please note that prices do not include applicable federal, state, or local taxes unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided, as stated in our terms and conditions.

Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated in writing. As a business-to-business supplier, we want to ensure clarity in our terms and conditions. Payments not received within this period are subject to a late fee of 10% monthly. Overdue amounts will bear interest at an annual rate of 18% (or the maximum rate permitted by law), and the Customer is responsible for all collection costs and attorneys’ fees. Additionally, the Customer waives certain rights (including notice and protest) to allow A2M P&C to secure judgments for unpaid amounts, consistent with our order cancellation policies.

The quoted price includes standard shipping costs. The customer, as a business-to-business supplier, is responsible for providing the complete and accurate shipping end destination. All delivery terms not specified herein are subject to agreement in writing between the provider and the customer, adhering to our order cancellation policies. Carrier selection and delivery routes are determined by A2M P&C unless otherwise specified. 

Delivery Windows: Delivery dates are estimates. A delivery occurring within 10 days of the requested date is considered on time.

Installment Deliveries: Orders may be delivered in parts, but only if both parties agree to this in writing beforehand. A delay in one installment does not give the customer the right to cancel subsequent installments. 

Risk Transfer: Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery to the specified destination.

A2M P&C, as a business-to-business supplier, may cancel accepted orders by notifying the Customer within 30 days of order receipt. Customers may cancel orders for standard Products scheduled for shipment more than 60 days from notification, subject to our approval and any applicable cancellation fee, in accordance with our order cancellation policies. Please note that orders cannot be canceled or rescheduled after delivery to the carrier. Non-standard Products, including special orders, non-catalog items, custom, or value-added products, are non-cancellable as outlined in our terms and conditions.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only with prior authorization from A2M P&C via a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request, in line with our terms and conditions. Please allow 24 hours for processing. Approved returns must have the issued RMA number clearly marked on each carton, be in the original shipping carton with all packaging materials, and be in re-sellable condition. As a business-to-business supplier, we want to ensure a smooth process. Return freight charges are the Customer’s responsibility, and products returned due to Customer error may incur a restocking fee. A2M P&C is not responsible for products lost in transit during return, so please review our order cancellation policies carefully.

Products are sold with the warranties provided by the manufacturer. As a business-to-business supplier, A2M P&C does not extend additional warranties for value-added services or bundled products. Copies of manufacturers’ warranties are available upon request. The Customer is responsible for proper product selection, and no warranty applies if Products are altered or modified after delivery. If a manufacturer’s warranty issue is identified, remedies may include a refund, repair, or replacement, provided that the Product is returned with acceptable evidence of purchase within 20 days of delivery and transportation charges are prepaid. Additionally, please refer to our order cancellation policies and terms and conditions, as no warranty applies if the Product has been misused, neglected, or modified.

A2M P&C operates as a responsible business-to-business supplier, fully complying with all U.S. Export Regulations and Laws. We will not sell or ship to embargoed countries (e.g., Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria) or to individuals or organizations designated by U.S. authorities. Additionally, our order cancellation policies align with these regulations, ensuring that re-export, brokering, or transshipment to prohibited parties is strictly forbidden under our terms and conditions.

All international orders are exported from the U.S. in compliance with EAR or ITAR, as applicable, to the specific product being ordered. As a business-to-business supplier, we emphasize that the ability to export certain products may be subject to U.S. Government approval, which cannot be guaranteed. All taxes, duties, insurance, shipping charges, and other international fees are the Customer’s responsibility. Our payment terms for export orders include cash, credit cards, or wire transfer. Qualified customers may be eligible for credit terms—please inquire when placing an order. Additionally, please be aware of our order cancellation policies as outlined in our terms and conditions.

A2M P&C operates as a business-to-business supplier, exclusively distributing products manufactured by other companies. Our guarantees and warranties are limited to those provided by the manufacturer. All products are sold 'AS IS,' and A2M P&C disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, or suitability. Additionally, we adhere to clear order cancellation policies. We are not responsible for any direct, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products, as outlined in our terms and conditions.
